General Conditions

• Credit card: Required and will be charged for the first night.
• Taxes and additional fees: VAT included. Municipal tax not applicable. Service charge not applicable.

Cancellations:

• Rooms: If you cancel up to 2 days before arrival, the hotel will not charge you.
• Apartments: If you cancel up to 5 days before arrival, the hotel will not charge you.
• If you cancel late or do not show up, the hotel will charge 100% of the first night.

Check-in and Check-out conditions

• Check-in after 4:00 PM for rooms.
• Check-in after 4:00 PM for apartments.
• Check-out before 12:00 PM.
